The Emily Program is excited to announce that our new Spokane office is officially open.

We are currently taking referrals and new clients in need of eating disorder treatment. Call us at (509) 252-1366.

We believe that with the right treatment, recovery is possible. Our Spokane providers are well-trained, knowledgeable eating disorder professionals. They offer personalized, compassionate care to individuals who are on their journey toward recovery.

Meet some of our staff:

Krista Kubiak Crotty, CEDS, LMFT, PsyD, Site Manager & Therapist

Krista is the site manager for Spokane. In her role as clinician, Krista works with clients of all ages and diagnoses and loves working with clients around body image issues. She draws from a variety of methods including narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy and often incorporates the use of the creative process in conjunction with the therapeutic process. She earned her Master’s of Science from Fuller Theological Seminary, School of Psychology and her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in family and pediatrics from Azusa Pacific University. She trained at Harbor UCLA medical center and Loma Linda Children’s Hospital. She is also a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals. Away from work, Krista loves being a mom to her three boys, playing outside, going on adventures with her family, skiing, hiking, biking, and camping.

Monique DesChane, MA, CRC, LMHC, Therapist

Monique works with adolescents and adults. She is trained in ACT, DBT, CBT, and MI. She uses a humanistic approach to help clients address disordered eating. Monique earned her undergraduate degree from Washington State University, and her Master’s degree in Counseling, Community Agency from Whitworth University. Living in the great Northwest, she enjoys boating, camping, snowmobiling, and riding her ATV.

Vivienne Dutzar, MS, RD, CD, Registered Dietitian

Vivienne enjoys working with clients of all ages; helping them to learn the art of self-care and experience the joy of mindful health. She earned a Master’s in Nutrition at Washington State University and recently became a certified presence-based coach. Vivienne is a wildly enthusiastic grandma; she loves gardening, dogs, western riding, cooking, and reading.

Michelle Weinbender, RD, CD, Registered Dietitian

Michelle works with people of all ages to find a comfortable relationship with food that enhances their overall health and quality of life through individual and group nutrition counseling. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Food and Nutrition and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from Central Washington University. Michelle loves spending time with her family, renovating their old house, learning to fly fish, and is an avid college basketball fan.

Solina Bressler, Administrative Assistant

As administrative support for the Spokane office, Solina loves being the first positive impression for clients and providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Solina has a degree in marketing from the University of Idaho and studied abroad at the University of Oslo. She enjoys time with family and friends, journaling, photography, and traveling. She loves performing with her mother and brother in a musical singing trio, which has produced a full-length CD of Norwegian folk tunes entitled Reflections of Norway.
