Our Continuum of Care

Recovery isn’t linear, and your treatment shouldn’t be either. That’s why we offer a range of programs that provide the right level of support at every stage of healing

Inpatient Treatment

The highest level of medical and psychological support, available 24/7 for individuals who need stabilization in a safe, structured environment.

  • 24-hour supervision by medical and clinical staff
  • Individual and group therapy
  • Nutritional rehabilitation and medical monitoring
  • Step-down planning for continued recovery

Residential Treatment

Round-the-clock care in a home-like setting where clients can practice healthy living skills while engaging in therapy and group work.

  • 24/7 therapeutic support

  • Individualized therapy, nutrition counseling, and group sessions

Day Treatment (PHP/IDP & IOP)

Intensive, structured daytime programs that allow clients to return home—or to nearby lodging—each evening.

  • Partial Hospitalization / Intensive Day Program (PHP/IDP): ~30 hours per week of therapy, groups, and nutrition sessions.
  • Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): ~12 hours per week, ideal for maintaining recovery while balancing school, work, or family life.
  • Lodging options available for adult clients traveling for care.

Outpatient Treatment

Flexible weekly sessions that integrate recovery tools into everyday life. Ideal for clients stepping down from higher levels of care or seeking early intervention.

  • Individual therapy and nutrition sessions
  • Family or couples therapy as needed
  • Ongoing support for relapse prevention

Virtual Treatment

Receive expert eating disorder care from the comfort and privacy of home. Our secure telehealth programs mirror the structure and outcomes of our in-person care.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know which eating disorder treatment program is right for me?

Our admissions specialists will assess your medical, emotional, and nutritional needs to recommend the right level of care—from inpatient stabilization to outpatient support or virtual options.

What’s the difference between inpatient, residential, and day treatment?

Inpatient programs offer 24-hour medical and psychiatric support, residential provides 24-hour therapeutic care in a home-like setting, and day treatment (PHP/IOP) offers structured daytime therapy with evenings at home.

How long does eating disorder treatment usually last?

The length of treatment varies by person and diagnosis. Most clients begin with more intensive care and step down as they progress, with total treatment lasting from several weeks to several months.

Can I work or go to school during treatment?

Yes. Many clients in PHP, IOP, or outpatient care continue school or work with flexible scheduling and support from our care team.

Is family therapy part of eating disorder treatment?

Absolutely. Family participation is a key component of recovery, especially for adolescents and young adults. We offer family therapy, education, and support groups.

Are virtual programs as effective as in-person care?

Yes. Our virtual PHP/IOP programs use the same evidence-based therapies as our in-person care, and outcomes are comparable across most measures.

Does insurance cover eating disorder treatment?

Most major insurance plans cover part or all of treatment costs. Our team can verify your benefits and guide you through authorization before care begins.

What happens after I finish treatment?

We provide aftercare planning, outpatient therapy, and community resources to help you maintain progress and prevent relapse.
