Inpatient Eating Disorder Treatment for Adults

For many clients, healing begins with a safe, supportive, and homelike environment. At The Emily Program’s Treatment Centers in Atlanta, GA and RTP – Durham, NC, we offer inpatient treatment for adults of all genders who struggle with eating disorders.

At the Emily Program, our inpatient eating disorder treatment for adults includes a comprehensive and personalized approach from a dedicated treatment team. This team includes psychiatrists, medical providers, therapists, dietitians, and nurses, who work together to deliver evidence-based therapies tailored to your individual needs. This multidisciplinary approach facilitates whole-person healing and prepares you for long-term recovery.

Our inpatient care is structured, highly monitored, around-the-clock treatment that integrates medical care and both individual and group therapies. Inpatient care is suitable for adults who require daily medical interaction, are medically unstable, and/or are severely depressed or a danger to themselves as a result of their entrenchment in eating disorder behaviors. The Emily Program is one of the nation’s only eating disorder programs able to treat individuals who require this level of care.
