Jess (she/her) is a compassionate and dedicated therapist with experience helping individuals navigate challenges related to eating disorders, anxiety, OCD, and depression. She takes a client-centered approach, combining evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to empower clients in making meaningful changes and building emotional resilience.
