Danielle Larson

LPC

Therapist

Danielle (she/her) is a compassionate and experienced therapist dedicated to creating a space where every client feels safe, seen, and supported. She deeply honors the trust involved in sharing one’s story, recognizing that beginning therapy is a courageous step. Danielle believes in serving individuals of all backgrounds and is committed to welcoming the beauty of diversity into her practice.

Danielle’s therapeutic style is grounded in a person-centered approach—rooted in empathy, respect, and the foundational belief that you are the expert on your own life.

She utilizes an integrative framework, drawing from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and IFS (Internal Family Systems). This allows her to help clients explore both past and present experiences and understand how life history shapes present-day patterns. Danielle specializes in working with clients navigating complex trauma, grief, and mental health comorbidity. She is also trained in working with eating disorders, emphasizing a holistic path toward healing and well-being.

Danielle tailors therapy to meet clients where they are, focusing on creating space for healing, meaning-making, and growth at the client’s own pace. She supports each journey with presence, curiosity, and a deep respect for individual resilience.

Outside of her practice, Danielle is a devoted dog mom to two large, but affectionate, lap dogs named Blake and Texas. She is a passionate hobby collector who loves learning all sorts of crafts; her current favorite is hand embroidery, a calming practice you may get a glimpse of during sessions. For fun, she loves to dive into horror movies, thrillers, and any adrenaline-fueled stories.
