We don’t just treat eating disorders, we treat people. That’s why our teams focus on small caseloads, with individualized treatment addressing the physical, psychological, and emotional aspects of eating disorders. 

Our multidisciplinary approach includes robust therapy services, such as CBT, DBT, and FBT. Because we offer treatment programs for children, adolescents, and adults at all levels of care—from outpatient to residential—you’ll find a role that’s perfect for you.

For full-time positions, we offer HSA and PPO health insurance with HSA or FSA options (Blue Cross Blue Shield), dental insurance (Delta Dental), vision insurance (EyeMed), short-term and long-term disability insurance, and company-paid life insurance. Our 401(k) plan includes a voluntary pre-tax salary contribution that is available two months after your start date. We match 50% of your contribution, up to 6% of your compensation.

        As a national leader in eating disorder treatment, we are committed to encouraging career growth and providing our staff with robust clinical education. That’s why we partner with the University of Minnesota Medical School and have a team dedicated to providing ongoing education with in-house continuing education credit opportunities through webinars and in-person events. We continuously work to develop new education programs like our upcoming Behavioral Health Technician certification program. 

        Are you in your first internship? Are you within hours of your licensure? We have on-the-job training to help you reach your career goals. New master’s degree therapists can accumulate hours by leading groups to earn full licensure.
