Ashton Wills (she/her) is the Executive Director at The Emily Program’s Seattle Residential location. She has been with The Emily Program since 2020 and has held a variety of roles – Case Manager, Therapist, Clinical Manager, Associate Site Director, and now site director. She has also held interim leadership roles supporting the Seattle Residential Nurse Team and the Behavioral Health Tech team. She has a Masters of Social Work (MSW) and holds an LICSW.
Prior to The Emily Program, Ashton held roles as a campaign field organizer, community mental health case manager, and research social worker. Ashton enjoys riding her bike, walking around her neighborhood, and relaxing at home with her partner.
