Together, and through the support of our licensed therapists, you’ll work on building healthier patterns and breaking free from the cycle of disordered eating.

Family Therapy:
Your loved ones know you best, and they can play a crucial role in your journey toward recovery. At The Emily Program, we harness this deep connection through our collaborative family-based treatment (FBT) approach, where your family doesn’t just participate—they learn how to actively help you reach full recovery.

Nutrition Therapy:
We know that food can be a source of anxiety, but it doesn’t have to be. Our nutrition therapy aims to help you find both nourishment and joy in eating. With personalized meal plans and nutrition education, we help you navigate food choices confidently, ensuring you get the nutrients your body needs.
