Caitlin Urdiales, MA, LPCC-S (she/her) is the Site Director of The Emily Program’s outpatient location for adults and adolescents Beachwood, Ohio. In this role, Caitlin is responsible for a dynamic mix of clinical and operational components including overseeing the clinical teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, and developing and implementing strategies for the location’s operational success.
Caitlin holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from John Carroll University in University Heights, Ohio. Caitlin started with the organization in 2012 as a milieu therapist, transitioned into a licensed therapist role in 2017, a Clinical Manager in 2021, and a Site Director in 2025. She has worked most extensively in adult PHP and IOP and adult and adolescent assessment.
Caitlin brings compassion, integrity, and her authentic self to show up for clients and staff alike. Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys reading speculative fiction, going to live music shows, discovering local coffee and tea shops, and spending time with her Rottweiler, Philomena.
