Office Manager
Antoinette Johnson (she/her) is the Office Manager at The Emily Program’s Outpatient and Day Treatment location for Adolescents and Adults in Beachwood, Ohio. Antoinette manages and oversees administrative operations and the lodging accommodations offered to adult clients attending intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) programming. She works diligently to pair clients seeking outpatient treatment with an Ohio provider who can meet their specific needs. Additionally, Antoinette is a member of Accanto Health’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Council and the Account Manager for The Emily Program’s Cleveland Outpatient SharePoint web-based platform, where location-specific information is available and updated monthly for all staff.
Antoinette has over 30 years of healthcare administrative management experience, which accounts for the vast range of provider relations, health insurance, and client relations knowledge she contributes to the organization.
