Anne Rigda (she/her) is the Site Director of The Emily Program’s Outpatient & Day Treatment site for Adolescents and Adults in Beachwood, Ohio. In this role, she is responsible for a dynamic mix of clinical and operational components. She oversees the clinical teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, and also plays a crucial role in the site’s financial and operational success. Anne takes pride in working individually with the passionate and mission-driven staff in Cleveland, fostering a collaborative and supportive treatment environment.

Anne holds a bachelor’s degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and a master’s from John Carroll University in University Heights, Ohio. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervision Designation (LPCC-S), Anne has been at The Emily Program for over half a decade, working as a dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) program therapist, outpatient therapist, intake therapist, and clinical manager. 

Outside work, Anne enjoys spending time with her two weird and loving greyhounds, trying out new pizza recipes, and exploring cool nature spots in Ohio!
