Lauren Rothchild

Lauren Rothchild (she/her) is the Office Manager at The Emily Program’s Triangle Child, Adolescent, & Adult Eating Disorder Treatment Center in Durham, North Carolina. 

Lauren attended McMurry University, earning her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Human Performance. She then served in the Peace Corps in Guyana, working in women’s health, empowerment, and maternal-fetal medicine. Lauren continued her journey in healthcare, becoming a medical assistant and an ultrasound technician before transitioning to administrative work. Before joining The Emily Program, she primarily managed primary care facilities.

Lauren believes that all people need and deserve access to care, support, and education to ensure comprehensive and holistic healthcare. She appreciates being able to work together with her community, knowing that “we can do hard things.”

When not at work, Lauren enjoys spending time with friends and family, hanging out with her dogs, chickens, and bees, supporting the NC Courage, and watching shows at DPAC. An extra fun fact about Lauren is that she is originally from Alaska.
