We focus on promoting healthy growth, strong bones, and brain development, while also addressing the behavioral and psychological challenges of eating disorders. Our comprehensive approach incorporates evidence-based therapies such as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and family-based treatment (FBT).

In addition, our program integrates eating disorder-specific psychiatric, medical, and nutritional rehabilitation. Our culinary and nutritional programming is led by chefs and dietitians, and we also provide expressive art and movement therapy as part of our holistic approach to treatment.
  • Family involvement: Family involvement is the cornerstone of successful eating disorder recovery, especially for children and teens. Our treatment programs integrate family therapy and caregiver education to provide essential support and understanding.
