Liza Endersbe (she/her) is the Regional Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Manager for The Emily Program’s Anna Westin House for Adults and the Anna Westin House for Adolescents in St. Paul, Minnesota. As Regional BHT Manager, Liza is responsible for the overall functioning of St. Paul’s residential BHT teams and maintaining a therapeutic and recovery-oriented milieu. She also provides leadership, supervision, coaching, and role-specific training to BHTs and BHT Supervisors across multiple sites.

Liza began her journey at The Emily Program as a behavioral health technician at the Anna Westin House for Adults before transitioning into BHT Manager. She then served as the site’s Associate Operations Director before assuming her role as Regional BHT Manager. Liza attended Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, where she earned a bachelor’s in psychology with a minor in nutrition.

Liza’s passion for her work extends beyond her role as a Mental Health Practitioner (MPH). She is deeply committed to sharing her eating disorder knowledge and clinical insights with other healthcare professionals. A recent educational presentation to over 200 Allina healthcare professionals stands out as a personal career highlight.

Liza enjoys spending her days off engaging in outdoor activities with her husband and dog. She also enjoys going out for brunch and traveling somewhere warm—Sedona is her favorite vacation spot!
