Amber Jensen is the Site Director at the St. Louis Park location, The Emily Program’s adult and adolescent program for IDP, IOP, and OP care. Amber oversees all clinical and operational aspects at the location, consistently demonstrating an unwavering commitment to providing the highest quality of care to individuals seeking eating disorder treatment.
Experienced Therapist with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry. As a mental health therapist, I work with clients who want to find meaning, identity, and discover a new life worth living. Each of us has the ability to recognize our strengths and use them as a strong foundation for recovery and change. I believe therapy is most effective within a caring and non-judgmental environment, and building a strong therapeutic relationship is a key component to recovery and change.
Amber has worked with adults, adolescents and families affected by eating disorders since 2012. I help individuals and family members navigate the complexities and difficulties associated with the eating disorder. Other areas of therapy include anxiety, depression, OCD, body image issues, parenting, mindfulness, nutrition, athletes, self-identity, and other co-occurring mental health disorders.
