Molly McCann

Molly McCann (she/her) is the Office Manager of The Emily Program’s Adult Virtual Outpatient & Day Treatment Center in Duluth and our Adult and Adolescent Outpatient & Day Treatment Center in St. Paul, Minnesota. As Office Manager, Molly oversees each treatment center’s administrative needs, including pairing clients with their multidisciplinary care team, coordinating smooth transitions between levels of care, and working with other location leaders to ensure the best possible care.

Molly studied communication with a relational emphasis at Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota. Before starting with The Emily Program, Molly spent her summers working at a youth camp in central Minnesota. She enjoys applying her vast knowledge of interpersonal studies and aptitude for fostering empathic collaboration to her role.

When not at work, Molly enjoys crocheting, experimenting with her sourdough starter, and spending time with her family. Molly has a passion for making others feel seen and heard, which is why she loves her role at The Emily Program!!
