Dawn Boettcher

Dawn Boettcher (she/her) is the Site Director of The Emily Program’s Anna Westin House West for Adults in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In her role, Dawn oversees all clinical and operational functions of the location’s residential programming, ensuring exceptional around-the-clock care for our clients.

Dawn holds a master’s and a doctorate in clinical psychology and boasts over 30 years of experience in residential settings, working with both adolescents and adults. Throughout her impressive career, which has included over a decade at The Emily Program, she has been an integral part of the organization’s growth and expansion in Minnesota. Dawn has opened and directed two of The Emily Program’s residential treatment centers: the Anna Westin House for Adolescents in St. Paul and her current location, the Anna Westin House West—the first residential eating disorder treatment center in Minneapolis.

Dawn’s unwavering dedication to her role and passion for residential work are evident in her strong clinical teams, residential programming development, and commitment to the highest quality of care.

Outside of work, Dawn loves to read, travel, and spend time with her husband, friends, and family.
