Parking

Paid parking is available in the following locations:

  • The parking lot in front of the Lake Union Building and all the way along Westlake Avenue North. (Price is $0.50 per hour for both the 2 hour and all day parking spots. Payment in this lot is only required from 9am to 4pm.)
  • The parking lot to the right (south) of the building. (Prices range from $2 for the first hour to $14 all-day.)

Public Transportation

Seattle has an extensive bus transit operated by King County Metro Transit. Take Route 40 Local and get off at Westlake Ave and Galer St. Plan your trip.

Parking

Only permit parking is allowed in the lot outside the 246 Nickerson building, but visitors can park for free along the fence of Wallace Field, the soccer field next to the building. Spaces are limited. Free street parking is also available on the side of Nickerson Street where the building and canal are located. There are no time limits on parking, but spaces can fill quickly.

Public transit

Seattle has an extensive bus transit operated by King County Metro Transit. Take Route 31 Local toward Central Magnolia Fremont or 32 Local toward Seattle Center Fremont. Stop at Nickerson St and Cremona St. 

Another option is the 3 Local toward Seattle Pacific University; get off at Nickerson and 3rd Ave W and walk 1.5 blocks south to Seattle Residential. Plan your trip.

Parking

Free street parking is available on Overlook Road from 6 am to midnight. Six designated free parking spots (including one requiring a disability parking certificate) are also located on the left side of the shared driveway, as well as 12 parking spots behind the facility.

Public Transportation

Cleveland’s public transportation system is operated by the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA).

The train station closest to our location is Cedar-University Station, which is on the Red line and about 0.7 miles away. At this station, there is a bus stop for the 11 Quincy-Cedar Route going to Downtown, which takes you to the Cedar and Overlook Rd stop. It is a 5-minute walk from that stop to our building. To reach our building from the bus stop, head west on Overlook Rd. Cross the street at the stoplight by the bus stop and look for the sign indicating “Case Western Reserve University.” Continue along Overlook Road until you reach our building. Plan your trip.

Ample free parking is available in the lot around our building. To enter the building, use the front door main entrance, take the elevator to the second floor, then turn left as you exit the elevator to enter Suite 250.

Public transit

Cleveland’s public transportation system is operated by the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA).

The nearest rapid station is the Green Road Station on the Green Line (1.57 miles away from the site) or the Van Aken-Warrensville Station on the Blue Line (2.31 miles away). Both stations connect with bus stops. The nearest bus stop is Park East Drive and Chagrin Blvd (.144 miles), 3333 Richmond road (.237 miles), or Richmond and Chagrin Blvd (.243 miles). Multiple bus lines frequent each of these stops daily. Plan your trip.
