      • Benefits

We understand the importance of a well-rounded benefits package. That’s why we’re dedicated to providing a range of plans to meet your needs. For full-time positions, we offer HSA and PPO health insurance with HSA or FSA options (Blue Cross Blue Shield), dental insurance (Delta Dental), vision insurance (EyeMed), short-term and long-term disability insurance, and company-paid life insurance. Our 401(k) plan includes a voluntary pre-tax salary contribution that is available two months after your start date. We match 50% of your contribution, up to 6% of your compensation.

Paid time off is a crucial part of maintaining work and life balance. Our generous PTO plan accrues annually and begins with your first whole pay period. Eligible employees enjoy seven paid holidays and one floating holiday in addition to their regular PTO.

      • Equity, Diversity & Inclusion

We believe our diversity of backgrounds, gender identities, ethnicities, and perspectives enables us to provide optimal care for our clients and a collaborative work environment. By practicing radical inclusivity, we draw on the strengths of all our employees to create a company culture that values all people. Our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Council leads organizational efforts to deepen this culture and create space for healing and thoughtful discourse.

      • Educational Opportunities

As a national leader in eating disorder treatment, we are committed to encouraging career growth and providing our staff with robust clinical education. That’s why we partner with the University of Minnesota Medical School and have a team dedicated to providing ongoing education with in-house continuing education credit opportunities through webinars and in-person events. We continuously work to develop new education programs like our upcoming Behavioral Health Technician certification program.

Are you in your first internship? Are you within hours of your licensure? We have on-the-job training to help you reach your career goals. New master’s degree therapists can accumulate hours by leading groups to earn full licensure.
