Katy Kowalsky (she/her) is the Chief People Officer at Accanto Health, the parent company of The Emily Program and Gather Behavioral Health. She oversees the Human Resources team responsible for talent management, employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and total rewards.
With over 25 years of experience in HR, Katy is a well-rounded executive skilled in leading through change, fostering innovation, and aligning the people strategy with the business strategy. Katy has a genuine desire to empower and better the professional lives of the company team.
Katy holds a Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations degree, a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, and certifications as a Prosci Change Practitioner, PHR, and CCP.
