Caleb Kaihoi

Caleb Kaihoi (he/him) is the Executive Director of The Emily Program’s Anna Westin House. Caleb joined The Emily Program’s Anna Westin House in St. Paul, MN in 2014 as a Residential Therapist. Caleb has a combined 5 years of experience leading both residential and outpatient locations at The Emily Program, and over time transitioned to the Senior Regional Director, North role. In clinical work, Caleb draws from multiple approaches to support clients in meeting their goals, including understanding family and relational context, providing CBT and DBT skills, utilizing the stages of change model, and trauma-informed care. He is passionate about ensuring locations are providing effective care at all levels, and that clients will experience tangible change and improvement in their health and wellbeing.

Outside of work, Caleb enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, golfing, working on house projects, and listening to all types of music.
