Affect Change

The Emily Program is launching Affect Change from November 11 through December 31.

Affect Change helps:
  • give funds to a great cause (The Emily Program Foundation) without opening your checkbook.
  • you de-clutter your home of unused electronics (e-waste).
  • recycle your electronics into usable equipment for others.
  • reduce the carbon footprint on the environment.
The best part is all this can be done online.

Keep watching our social media and waiting areas for more information about how you can Affect Change.
Outpatient Groups in Spokane, WA
The Emily Program Spokane offers comprehensive, outpatient eating disorder treatment in the South Hill area.

Now five months into our work, we are expanding the services we offer. Aside from our personalized individual therapy, nutrition, medical, and psychiatric work we've started offering even more treatment options.

Outpatient Groups: Group therapy gives individuals a place to connect with others experiencing and working through similar issues. Sharing struggles in a group can offer varying perspectives that can help people move beyond certain issues and get added support while doing so. Want to learn more about the groups we offer? Check out our group brochure.

Free Support Group For Families & Friends: If your loved one is struggling with an eating disorder, it's important to understand you are not alone and get the support you need. Support people must take care of themselves in order to take care of their loved one. We offer a free Families Supporting Families group for family members and friends of those suffering with an eating disorder. This group is sponsored by INCED and The Emily Program and open to anyone in the community. Visit our Family and Friends Support page to get more information about these free services.

Partial Plus Lodging & Residential Services
The Emily Program is thrilled to offer individuals more structured levels of care through our intensive and residential services.

Intensive Day/Partial Hospitalization Program (IDP/PHP) provides a structured and safe environment for males and females of all ages to interrupt their eating disorder symptoms. Replacing harmful behaviors with coping skills that propel them toward recovery.

Adult women who live outside of the Minneapolis/St. Paul or Seattle area are welcome to stay at one of our Partial Plus Lodging accommodations while participating in an IDP/PHP. Hillside, West End, and Neptune Lodging are comfortable residential spaces that are close to our Minneapolis/St. Paul and Seattle offices.

For anyone who needs around-the-clock care, our Anna Westin House and Anna Westin House-Adolescent residential facilities may be a better fit. Located in a quaint St. Paul community, our Anna Westin Houses are places of hope and healing where we seamlessly integrate 24-hour care that incorporates psychological, nutritional, medical, psychiatric, and complementary therapies in a holistic, comprehensive approach.

We are proud to offer individuals all levels of treatment so they can continue their journey to recovery. From 24/7 care to outpatient care, our treatment approach is as unique as each individual we serve.
